Why It Works
NANOSAFE X 300 delivers three-in-one protection for industrial cooling systems and recirculating water circuits. Phosphate-based inhibitors form a protective film to prevent corrosion and keep precipitated scale from adhering to surfaces, while an HEDP (phosphonate) component disperses suspended solids to prevent fouling. Typical dosage: 0.3–0.5 L per m³ depending on system load. This combined approach stabilizes system performance under varying operating conditions and reduces the frequency of mechanical cleaning cycles — critical for cooling towers operating in Dubai's high-temperature, high-evaporation environment.
