Two-Step Chemical Flushing for New Installations
Pre-commissioning flushing removes welding residues, construction debris, and standby-period corrosion before system startup. The two-step workflow: NANO CLEAN then NANO CLEAN NR.

Pre-Commissioning Flushing
- Equipment:
- New heating, cooling, and HVAC installations prior to system startup
- Products:
- NANO CLEAN (primary) · NANO CLEAN NR (neutralization)
Two-step chemical flushing of newly installed heating and cooling systems. Removes welding residues, slag, oil films, concrete debris, and standby-period corrosion accumulated during construction. Essential for new commercial and industrial installations. Targeted at MEP contractors, new mall builds, hotels under construction, and new industrial facilities.
Post-Cleaning System Neutralization
- Equipment:
- Any system after acidic chemical cleaning or flushing
- Products:
- NANO CLEAN NR (primary)
pH stabilization of systems and discharge water following chemical cleaning operations. Ensures safe discharge compliance with municipal wastewater regulations and prepares systems for protective conditioning. Mandatory step in every chemical cleaning workflow.
The Two-Step Flushing Workflow
Step 1 — Clean
Apply NANO CLEAN to dissolve welding residues, construction debris, oil films, and standby-period corrosion. Circulate through the new system. Duration and concentration based on system size and fouling load.
Step 2 — Neutralize
Apply NANO CLEAN NR to rapidly neutralize acidic residues. Stabilizes system pH. Ensures discharge complies with municipal wastewater regulations. System is ready for protective conditioning dosing.
